专利摘要:
The subject of the present invention is a transfer device for analysis equipment, which transfer device comprises a track consisting of, inter alia, guide and support rails on which to transfer a pit plate on a transport cassette along the track. The transport cassette includes a traction rail parallel to the guide and support rails. Traction units are fitted onto the track in the transfer device as means operative jointly with said traction rail to move the transport cassette. In order to control the operation of the traction units, the traction rail is provided with sign codes readable by means of an optical reading device. This indicates the position of the cassette relative to the optical reading device so that the transport cassette may be stopped to position the desired line of pits, transverse to the track for operations to be performed in the analysis equipment, such as liquid dosage, photometric measurement operations, etc.

along them, the drive mechanism, the engine, the transmission 5 connecting the engine with the drive mechanism, the flat traction rail 6 with vertical indexing slots 7 made therein, fixed on the bottom side of the cassette 3 along the frame axis 1, the drive mechanism is friction drive and balancing wheels 8 and 9, respectively, between which the traction rail 6 passes. In addition, the device comprises an optical indexing device 10 with a slit 11 for the traction rail 6, mounted. on the frame 1 along its axis between the drives The mechanism and the transport cassette 3T, the hinged rail 6 of the transport cassette 3 first passes through the device 10. The slots, 7 in the connecting rail 6 in this case, are made rectangular and allow the light signal to pass through them, indicating the position at which the transport cassette is located. 3 and c. what place should it stop. The optical device 10 and the engine i are connected via the sensor 12 to the electronic control system ((not shown). During operation, the engine C rotates the friction wheel 8 through a mission 5, the thrust surface of which is turned to the rail 6 can be elastic or the wheel 8 is spring loaded and is pressed against the balance wheel 9 by means of a spring (not shown). On the other hand, the friction wheel 8 can be fixed rigidly, and the balance wheel 9 can be spring loaded. in such a way that the traction rail 6 is stationary, for example, it is mounted in the middle of the cassette 3. In this case, the rail 6 directs the traction force using one or several friction wheels 8, a balancing wheel 9 and a linear motor. The same rail 6 can also function the synchronization rail for the stop system. The slots 7 in the rail 6 can be read using the optical device 10, whereby the installation of the cassette 3 in the desired position can be exact. The code may contain a large amount of information, not the one that is required for an exact stop. The device also has a measuring head 13, which consists of several optical fibers 1 arranged in one row. These optical fibers transmit measuring light rays and, in corresponding positions, they are received by the detectors 15 The measuring technique can be based, for example, on weight measurements or isotopic photometry , spectrophotometry, fluorimetry or iefelometry. An automatic chemical analyzer, in which the proposed device can be applied, may additionally contain current and light sources, such as an optical measuring system, amplifiers and transformers, electronic devices for controlling the entire system or its part, such as microprocessors, output systems, which in turn , can be connected to other functional units belonging to the whole system. In the cassette 3, for example, a 1-microtitre plate can be placed, which contains up to twelve consecutive rows, each of which contains up to eight separate cells. The measuring beam passes from the light guide 1 through the cell solution and goes to the detector 15 corresponding to this light source. The measurement of cells in one row occurs simultaneously or for each cell separately. After the measurements, the cassette 3 is automatically shifted to set the next row of cells to the measurement position. The exact position of each row of cells is determined using slots 7 in the pull rail 6. The proposed device can be used to perform a variety of functions, for example, to pipette liquids, to dilute samples, etc. The synchronization and regulation of other functions performed by the device can be centralized with the help of electronic devices - microprocessors included in the system or located separately from it. The proposed device can also be moved as a self-contained unit in other devices, which is related to the methods of measuring, metering, diluting or operating the thermostat.
